So Very Grateful Baby Card

Today I'm sharing a baby card which was inspired by Lin Brandyberry's card. This is my first time using the So Very Grateful stamp set, which I thought was so cute when I first saw it.

The colors in the Sweet Sorbet DSP were perfect for this little girl baby card. I fussy cut the floral images and then cut apart one of the floral images so that I had the floral thing going along the topside of the white scalloped border.
This is a fun stamp set to watercolor.

Thanks for stopping by and having a look!

Hello, Baby Boy

Here's another baby boy card using the Epic Day DSP and the Bitty Banners framelits which I used to create the little DSP banners.

I used the Sweet Essentials stamp set for the "hello, baby" sentiment. I like the size of the sentiments in this stamp set. They're a little larger which means they fill up a bit more card space. You can add an embellishment and the sentiment balances out the space left on the card.

So glad that you stopped by :-)

Six-Sided Baby Card

Today I'm sharing a baby boy card using the Hexagon punch and Honeycomb embossing folder.
It's not your traditional baby card, but I've been wanting to use my Epic Day DSP for awhile so pulled it out for this card along with the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set. I dragged my Soft Suede inkpad over the raised embossed Crumb Cake front panel and sponged Soft Suede and Calypso Coral around the edges of it. I used the Hexagon punch for the DSP hexagons and glued them onto pieces of Crumb Cake CS which were larger than the DSP. I then carefully cut the Crumb Cake CS around the DSP hexagons leaving about an 1/8" CS allowance.

Thanks for stopping by!
